[Solved] How to "read and write file with right format with C#"

Sometime you need to read and write file with right format (ASCII, Unicode) with C# code, so this topic is for you!

We have one docs file with content had written using TCVN3 mode, using C# for read and write that file with right format, not error, let's see ...

If you read this file with ASCII mode in C# code and write with ASCII mode, you will see this file will got error same here

If you read this file with ASCII mode in C# code and write with Unicode, your file will be good! (not error)

When you view mode on Notepad++ (click on menu Encoding).
You will see its use Mode Encode in UCS-2 Little Endian

 I use Notepad++ with 5.9.2 version
