Today issue is I will focus on how to fix remote session was disconnected because license issue.

Detail message is:

"The remote session was disconnected because license store creation failed with access denied (153746)"

Resolution
When using per-device CALs, RDP needs to write a license to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing
and if it cannot, then you will get this message.
o Reason: logged on user does not have rights to write to registry location
o Solution: Disable UAC or give user and application necessary rights
You may then need to run MSTSC or PNTSC or Internet Explorer as an administrator

- Run Remote Desktop with Administrator permission
