Go to apple page for register one account
Register here: https://appleid.apple.com/
Step 2:
Enable FaceTime on Settings -> Input Apple ID (your Apple ID must register your Phone number)Next: go to Contacts -> add new contact with the phone you want to call
(Important steps: phone number must contain Country code + Area code + Your number)
If you input right number, you will see the video icon / audio icon display on your contact
