1.  How to group/ungroup row and column in excel?

Purpose
Let you easy control and view data , we can use function group, ungroup in excel

How to work
Menu Data ->  Group / Ungroup

2. How to make number auto increment?

Purpose:

Auto increment is support user easy control row of data

How to work:
Using Formulas in Excel type = A2 + 1 same and then drag mouse from bottom plus for number auto increment

3. How to using Data Validate with List Control?

Purpose:
Data Validate is great for validate data. Input your list items which you want to people choice on the sheet,

How to work:
Using Menu Data -> Data Validation ->  Choose "List" from group Allow same the picture and choose the area contains some data

4. How to using Data Validate with error message?

Purpose:
Sometime your data which you want to force somebody input number only and don't want to input string, character, .... you can easy do it with data validate (error message)

How to work:
Using Menu Data -> Data Validation -> see picture

5. How to using Auto Fill with List settings

Purpose:
Auto Fill will be help you auto fill data on sheet

How to work :
Choose Menu File -> Options -> Advanced -> Edit Custom lists
