In this article, I will explain how to solve the common error "error retrieving information from server [RPC:S-7:AEC-0] / [RPC:S-7:AEC-7]". This error occurs when you try to download any app from Google Play on BlueStacks Emulator. The cause of this error is that your Google account is not entered on BlueStacks Emulator.
Follow these steps to fix it:
If you sign in succeed, you will see the picture same this
Download Manager, Google Play Services, Download, Google Services Framework, Google Play Store
Finally , refresh your BlueStacks by kill your HD-Agent.exe process
Reopen your BlueStacks, your problem will be solved :)
